Community Services Division Manager (Full time)

is currently looking for a highly skilled Community Services Division Manager to join our dynamic team. This position oversees the Health and Social Development and Education departments and is responsible for receiving direction from and reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, collaboratively working with other divisional leaders and working with the Directors of their assigned departments on the achievement of the established priorities, goals and objectives in accordance with the Nation's Strategic Plan. The successful candidate will provide oversight of various programs, services, administration and operations within the Community Services Department.
Qualifications: Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Health Administration, Public Administration or a related field and five years of increasingly responsible management/administrative experience in the Social Services field. The incumbent has supervisory experience, the ability to lead, inspire and mo vate a team, coordinate work plans, possesses excellent computer skills, communica on skills, problem solving, me management and analytical skills. Must be able to deal with confidentiality and sensitive issues with compassion. Willingness to travel on occasion.
